Confirmation and advance paymentOrder and lead time are confirmed after quotation approval and the stated advance payment.
Inspection and replacementMaterials are inspected on delivery; documented manufacturing defects are handled under supplier terms.
Cancellation and changesCut-to-size and custom-made materials cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Site storageAfter delivery, correct protection and storage are the site recipient's responsibility.
Delivery lead timeConfirmed by city, stock and quantity; imported materials require additional lead time.
